Accutherm Refrigeration is a commercial refrigeration company serving grocery, retail, and industrial clients with installation and service support. We are known for quality workmanship, strong teamwork, and a practical, get-it-done approach. The Opportunity

We hire recent trade school graduates, and seasoned professionals in our construction and service department.

What You'll Do

• Construction Refrigeration Installers - Complete remodels and retrofits (night work) or ground up new build projects (day work).
• EMS/Controls Installers - Work on the construction team to wire and program controllers at a customer location.
• Service - Technicians are dispatched from home to complete preventative maintenance, and scheduled service calls and emergency response to diagnose and troubleshoot commercial refrigeration and HVAC equipment. On-call shifts are required.

What We're Looking For

• Trade school or college HVAC/R certificate
• Proficiency with electrical/electronic controls
• Mechanical Aptitude & Problem-Solving Skills
• Ability to work flexible hours possibly including days/nights, on-call shifts, and out of town
• Motivated, reliable self-starter with the ability to work independently or on a team
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Clean driving record
  

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation is based on experience and skill level, not seniority.
